Mount of Olives (Picture was taken from the walls of Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, looking towards the Mount of Olives.)The Mount of Olives was where Jesus headquarters were. It is a prophetic place and is important as when he returns, he will touch down on the mount, and it will split in half – half to the North, half to the South. Water will flow from Dead sea to the Mediterranean sea.
Jesus will walk from the Mount of Olives through the Valley of Jehosaphat (where the nations will be judged) and will enter the temple through the eastern gate (which was sealed by Muslims). Zechariah 9:10 mentions the prophesy that predicts the second coming of the Messiah and Joel 3:2 mentions the judging of the nations for dividing the land of Israel.
