**Lauren’s Recipe Addendum’s/Hints:
-This recipe makes a TON. I cut it in half and had enough for 4 servings. I would recommend halving it for a regular lunch/dinner meal.
-Cube the chicken before cooking.
-DO add a little extra balsamic vinaigrette.
-I always add a little extra feta cheese.
