Forgive me, but I don’t remember what all of these places are. Currently I am too lazy to go dig out my journal and sift through there to see if I can find any facts there to enlighten you with, so until then you will just have to look at the pretty pictures! The Piazza was designed by Michelangelo, but he never lived to see it complete.
SPQR means ‘the Senate and the People of Rome’ and is on everything. It indicated a new time of leadership and government in Rome.
