Last week, we hosted a baby shower for Rachel. The shower was fun and as always, it was wonderful seeing everyone. Along with getting to catch up with great friends, I love showers because of the food.
I mean, can a girl like to eat??!
Emily our Real Simple guru planned this heavenly feast and I couldn’t decide if I wanted to stand there and snap pictures of the presentation of it all or just dive in. Eventually my senses won out and I salivated my way through the table…twice….and maybe a third time after most of the guests had left.

We used a fallish theme choosing to decorate with tiny pumpkins and gourds and flowers in reds, oranges and yellows. It was festive, yummy and fun – just how a shower should be!!

|Ginger snaps and pumpkin dip.|

|Spicy peanut chicken salad.|

I did not contribute one bit of this food. I am most definitely not the chef and the other gals receive all of the credit! The menu was lovely and perfect for fall!
