What you see above, is my teeny-tiny car nicely “fitted” in our garage amidst the toys, junk, and everything else one would store in a garage. Since we moved in to our rental house, CT3 has been slowly sifting through old stuff, rearranging and trashing the unecessaries. We all know that this can be a tedious process, and one that we would all put off if we had the opportunity.
My sweet husband decided on Tuesday that since it was getting colder outside, he would straighten and move around some of the remaining junk, oops, I mean stuff 🙂 so that I could use the garage through the winter!!! Needless to say I was estatic!
Day one, I was confused when my car wasnt in the driveway…then I remembered where it was. Day two, I was thrilled that I didnt have to go outside to get to my car and I realized that I could walk into my garage in my robe and slippers to start it and warm it up without any pesky neighbors seeing me. I also realized how much quicker it heats up, since it hasnt been sitting out in the freezing cold all night. We havent had any frost yet, but I am already anticipating it, as I will be the one who WONT have to get out with my icer, scrubbing the frozen water off of my windshield!!
All that to say, I am pumped about my new little parking space!! Granted, a few more things need to be cleaned out and I have to turn sideways to get in and out, but believe you me, I am FINE with that!! As long as my little car has its place to park!!
